We're three weeks into the new year -- how's your resolution going? Need a motivational gift to keep you going? Here are some favorites that we've found:

They come in a huge variety of colors, textures and patterns (were fond of the tie dye), and Kitsch also has a wide variety of headbands ($11.99 to $24.99 for five) to hold the rest of your hair back (the sparkly ones are very cute).

Brooks PureDrifts ($100): This gift is a bit more pricey, but if you're looking for a minimalist-type shoe that works great on the treadmill and the weight room, the PureDrifts are a great choice.
