For fans of Jari Love looking for shorter workouts from her, you're in luck. There are two new DVDs that offer 10-minute and 30-minute workouts.

The very newest, Get Extremely Ripped: Revved to the Max breaks up the DVD into two 30-minute workouts that feature her trademark -- lots and lots of weights. Love's premise is that you can get a heart-pounding cardio workout without having to dance up a storm or run on a treadmill.

Revved to the Max has two 30-minute workouts that can combine into an hourlong workout. Like all Jari Love workouts, it features compound moves and quickly goes from exercise to exercise to keep your heartrate pumping. All you'll need is a set of dumbbells and an optional step.

Boot Camp can be broken up into a variety of shorter workouts:

  • Six 10-minute workouts
  • Two 30-minute workouts
  • One full hour workout
  • Six ab tracks
