It doesn't take willpower when you can swap fattening foods for succulent servings of Dr. Mehmet Oz's favorite foods for the holiday. Healthy Guacamole Ingredients

  • 5 ripe California avocados
  • 6 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 medium red onion, diced
  • 4 jalapeo chiles, stemmed, seeded, and finely diced
  • 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Directions: Cut the avocados into quarters. Remove the seeds, peel, and place in a mixing bowl. Mash with a potato masher or fork until chunky. Add the remaining ingredients and combine with a fork. Serve immediately.

Easy Grilled Honey-Dijon Chicken from The Food Network's Sunny Anderson Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for grill
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, butterflied
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
