Everyone can lose weight by going vegan. Veganism is a lifestyle where you do not consume anything that comes from an animal. No meat, dairy or eggs. What's left to eat? Vegetables and fruit!

Ever since veganism swept the nation, tons of people lose weight by going vegan. Luckily, there are plenty of meat alternatives such as veggie burgers, tofu sausage, and egg substitutes. You can also buy tapioca cheese, soy milk, almond milk and tons of other alternatives to the foods you love. Some find the food just as good and some hate it. It's really a personal preference that you will have to decide for yourself.

Not only will you lose weight by going vegan but you will also greatly improve your health. The benefits of veganism are numerous. Your risk of heart disease, cancer, diabetes and depression (just to name a few), can be lowered dramatically. Most people believe you can only get protein from animal products but beans and legumes have a high amount of protein while most meat substitutes do as well.

Going vegan is not for everyone and you can certainly lose weight other ways. If you believe that you can successfully go without meat, cheese, eggs and anything that contains these products, do it!
