Eager to share her diet success, Kelly Osbourne wants to help others by launching a British TV weight loss competition, reported the Belfast Telegraph on Oct. 24. "It's amazing that I can share everything that I have learned with everyone else," she said proudly. Since starting her own weight loss journey in 2009, Kelly has shed 69 pounds. Kelly says she used a combination of sensible diet and intense fitness. She believes so strongly in the benefits of combining working out with dieting that she will take the three winners of her British TV weight loss competition to Hollywood, where they will meet the workout team who helped Kelly sculpt her body. "I've known my trainer Fred since I was 16 and we grew up together. We went through our unhealthy period of life together and now we've come through the other end," Kelly revealed to the British TV show "Daybreak" on Oct. 23. But although she had help with her fitness, Kelly faced two challenges when it came to dieting: Overcoming her emotional eating and learning how to eat right.
"For me, food became a bit of an emotional thing. I punished myself with it.
