What does it mean to have your life transformed physically, emotionally and spiritually? Just ask Ryan Sawlsville, whose journey played out on June 25's edition of "Extreme Weight Loss" on ABC. "Im doing things now at my current weight that I couldn't do with two arms," Ryan told the Post-Crescent Media on June 25, noting that he viewed his weight as more of a disability than his lost limb.

"Im living proof the impossible is possible," Ryan now says proudly. "Theres nothing I cant do."
