Chest pain can be a very frightful experience at any age; however is not always serious. Pressure, tightness, burning, or other pain in the chest region may be caused by stress, heartburn, physical soreness, or many other things. Never take a scary feeling in your chest lightly! You must always contact your doctor with concerns even if you are embarrassed that it may just be indigestion. Do you really want to die of embarrassment?
If you have been checked by a doctor and find that your heart is healthy, you may want to look into changing your lifestyle as well as your diet. Exercise is a great stress reliever and will lower your anxiety level, your blood pressure, and your heartburn onset. Have you noticed that your heartburn is worse when you are stress out at work? Some dont like to hear it, but exercise may not be a cure all, however it definitely is a cure most. Studies have shown that exercise is the best stress reliever next to scary habit forming medications. Adding a 30 minute walk to your day four times a week can make a drastic difference.
To get rid of the chest pain scares, follow some of the tips below.
Adding more fiber to your diet will reduce chances of heartburn.
Drinking water with every meal and less soda, tea, and alcohol.
Staying away from greasy fried foods and trying to add more lean meats and fresh fruits and veggies.
Relieve some stress by meditation, picking up a hobby, exercising, and forcing yourself to smile (this actually tricks your mind to thinking you are happy).
Changing a few things about your typical day could lead to ease and comfort instead of pressure and fear. There is nothing better than feeling normal. You deserve to make your life pain free if it is possible. Dont live with this pain, change it now! You will not regret it.
