Monday morning, Chris Powell appeared on Good Morning America (GMA) to talk about the Season Three premiere of Extreme Weight Loss and how a brother and sister supersized team lose an incredible amount of weight on the show.
The fraternal twins are from North Prairie, WI and they traveled to Los Angeles to work with Powell and begin training. Powell separated the twins for the first 90 day of their training because he thought that their ability to influence each other might prove detrimental for their health and overall weight loss.
David weighed in at 470 pounds at the beginning of his weight loss journey and his sister, Rebecca weighed in at 398 pounds.
