Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup quinoa, cooked
  • 1 and 3/4 cup canned black beans
  • 2/3 cup rolled oats
  • 3 tablespoons barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pickled jalapenos
  • 1 tablespoon each paprika and chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin

Directions: Blend all the ingredients in a food processor or blender, scraping the sides as needed. Put 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a nonstick skillet and use medium heat.
