1 Take it slow

When youre excited and just starting out, its easy to be gun ho and want to change every not-so-healthy behavior all at once. 2 Be realistic

5 Work on your resolution every day

As long as you do one thing per day that gets you closer to your goal, youll eventually get there. It doesnt matter if its big or small, its the forward momentum that counts. Just keep moving in the right direction.
