SparkPeople.com, that priceless yet free weight-loss resource, has launched another workout DVD with its resident fitness expert, Nicole Nichols, aka Coach Nicole. SparkPeople: Total Body Sculpting (Acacia Lifestyle, $16.99) features three interval-training workouts that you can mix and match as your time and inclination allow:
