As a once proud fan of Lance Armstrong, it saddened the writer to hear that this American champion of cycling may have cheated to win his titles. The writer himself still has trouble believing that this former cancer survivor, great family man is guilty of deceiving the public. For sure this public conviction will have a lasting negative impact on him and his family. That being said, the writer himself has always enjoyed cycling, in fact he used to belong to a cycling club.
