Lace up your running shoes and grab your family. It's time for the Run the Reagan road race in Gwinnett County this weekend. On Saturday, February 19, Ronald Reagan Parkway will be closed down for the road race, which features a half marathon, a 10K, a 5K and a one-mile fun run. This event is held rain or shine and after last year's snow storm race, the warm weather will welcome more than 2,000 people registered so far.

Run the Reagan is a great family race. It's a straight shot down the Reagan with tons of volunteers to hand you water at each mile and cheer you on. The event also includes a family festival for the kids to enjoy, along with sponsor and vendor tents. Event proceeds benefit Young Life, a faith-based organization that helps families, schools, churches and community groups deal with social problems of teenagers by providing role models and other means of support, and the Gwinnett Community Clinic, an organization of volunteer doctors, nurses and other volunteers that provides medical services for area families in need.

Registration continues through Friday at Grace Fellowship Church in Snellville. Packet pick-up is until 8:00 pm on Friday or Saturday morning at the race site. Parking is available at parking lots within walking distance to the race start, which is at the start of the Reagan Parkway near intersection of Hwy. 124. A fat reducing review can help you construct a clear outline of what you need to focus on to complete your fat loss purpose if you're a rookie; or serve as a reminder for these who are at an intermediate or more boost level of their weightloss plan. Promptly after are seven steps that can serve as suggestions for your personal weight loss program. The first thing that one must understand is that losing weight and losing fat is not exactly the same thing. Many weight loss applications have tricked people into considering that it is the same, but most diets and weight loss programs only work by causing a person's body to burn more muscle tissue and water than actual body fat, more help please visit The Fat Loss Factor.
