- At 7 a.m., Jessica feeds her daughter Maxwell before enjoying an egg sandwich made with egg whites, peppers and fat-free cheddar. She then puts on her pedometer and heads out for a walk, aiming for "at least 14,000 steps a day."
- Jessica noshes on berries, bananas, melon or grapefruit before working out with her celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak four days a week for a 45-minute session. They do cardio and then strength-training circuits as well as crunches. "Her waist is going in, and her thighs are growing smaller," Harley said proudly.
- At 1 p.m., Jessica eats lunch, typically featuring a salad with chicken and a piece of fruit. An hour later, she takes her daughter for a walk in her stroller or walks on her treadmill at home. Jessica rewards herself with a Weight Watchers berry smoothie.
