Learn the basics of bike maintenance at REI Fremont

While riding a bike may be second nature, its a safe bet that very few amateur cyclists know how to properly care for their fine-tuned two wheelers.

Thats where the folks at REI Fremont step in: Just in time for spring cycling weather, the store is hosting a free Bike Maintenance Basics clinic on Tues., Mar. 1 at 7:00 p.m. The informative session will cover how to lube a chain, fix a flat tire in record time, and make other minor bike adjustments for a safer and more comfortable ride this season.

No prior experience is necessary, and REI will have equipment available for demonstration (so no need to bring your own bike). Registered participants will have a reserved seat, which will be held until the scheduled start time. A fat reduction overview can help you build a clear outline of what you demand to focus on to achieve your fat burning goal if you're a starter; or serve as a reminder for the ones who are at an intermediate or more enhance phase of their weightloss program.
