Tonight's "Biggest Loser" gave us an in-depth look at the teens' home lives when their trainers came to visit. But that meant the contestants were on their own at the ranch. Could Jillian's team get any smaller? Sadly, yes.
With Cate gone from the red team, the contestants were mourning her elimination. The trainers and Alison walked in and told them that Jillian, Bob and Dolvett would be on their teen missions and that the contestants would be working out trainer-free this week, but theyd be back for the Last Chance Workout.
Off to Teenage Waistland.
Bob surprised Biingo while his family was eating dinner at a restaurant and was impressed with what he saw with Biingos mom. She has been doing the same program as her son and has lost 27 pounds. Then it was back to Biingos house where Bob checked out their kitchen and saw all the healthy foods in the fridge.

Meanwhile, back on the ranch, the contestants were pounding the pavement and the treadmills on their own and pushed each other to go harder. Jackson, who well call Captain Vomit, seems to finally be over his illness and pushed his team on the elliptical.
Over at Sunnys house, Jillian talked with the 16-year-old about her busy school days that have schoolwork, activities and homework crammed into them, not to mention her exercise. Jillian discovered that Sunny was so afraid of disappointing her parents that she didnt pursue her dreams.
At Lindsays house, Dolvett met with her, her sister and her mom. Dr. Huizenga caught up with him and got him feeling better. The white team had the winning time, so they won $15,000, which is pretty cool because there are only two of them to split the winnings.
Jillian had Sunny try rowing with a crew team and she took to it like, yeah, a duck to water. Bob took Biingo to the home of the Frederick Keys minor league baseball team where he got to meet Keys pitcher Brandon Erbe and practice pitching.
Last-chance workout: Back at the ranch, the trainers returned home and caught up with their teams. Dolvett learned that Captain Vomit turned into Action Jackson and is feeling good. Jillian was thrilled that her team won the 5k challenge, but Bob was worried that his team seemed a little off. Jillian wasnt satisfied with just training her own team, she decided that Blue Team Jeff needed a little extra Jillian Juice, too.
Weigh-in: The white team has to be careful if they lose the weigh-in, the person with the lowest percentage automatically gets eliminated. And, like usual, the person with the highest percentage is immune. Howd they do?

Because the white team lost the weigh-in and there were only two of them, Pam automatically was eliminated.
The update: Pam looks amazing she is down 55 pounds and well into One-derland, and like she said tonight, owning her sassiness. So what if she didn't make it to Makeover Week -- she went and got one on her own.
