I know I am not the only one who has periods of their life when time becomes really, really tight.

Especially living and working in the Washington, DC area so many of our members at The Body You Want Fitness Solutions (located in Georgetown) just can't get to the gym every single day between work, kids, and social engagements. So, it can get hard to get in all of their workouts.

At this point in my life I don't always have the time to get my workout done in the gym either. Im just too busy, or Im just not up to it at the end of a 16 or 18 hour day. HOWEVER, I am NOT going to let my busy schedule get in the way of being fit and healthy. So,...

1. 2. I downloaded an interval timer onto my phone.

At home for 20min I can jump into a working using my Kettlebell (Please make sure you learn how to use one safely before doing your own workout and are clear to do this exercise.)

Now my excuse of not having time to commute doesn't exist. I "commute" right down the hall from my office. Who doesn't have 20 minutes to work on their health and fitness?
