Have you ever heard of the Goblet Squat?
If not, I highly recommend checking it out since it not only works your legs, but it targets your abs and core muscles as well!

I recommend using a weight that is challenging enough to force your muscles to engage properly. Tip 1
Hold the dumbbell with your palms touching the handle and facing each other
Tip 2:
Your fingers should clasp the head of dumbbell
Tip 3:
Keep the weight at about chin height the entire set
Tip 4:
Make sure to keep your core muscle engaged and do not lean forward as you squat
Tip 5:
Sit back with your hips and keep the weight on your heels
Tip 6:
Look straight ahead the entire set
Tip 7:
Breathe in on the way down and exhale out on the way up
