For breakfast, this slim superstar chows down on "warm oatmeal with pecans and berries" or even whole wheat French toast. Lunch varies, depending on whether she's worked out. Veggies, nuts, legumes and meat sustain her if she hasn't worked out; Zuzka adds in whole grains or potatoes if she's burned off the calories with exercise. Snack time is simple: Peanut butter with an apple or a smoothie, while dinner is similar to lunch.

But Zuzka knows the wisdom of occasional treats, nibbling on a square of dark chocolate or a small portion of pasta once in awhile rather than deprive herself. And for those struggling with their weight, she offers this encouragement: "If you really WANT to lose weight and you REALLY BELIEVE that you can do it, then you just have to accept that it won't be easy."
