Most people who have a significant amount of extra fat that they would like to lose can tell you stories about the different diets and exercise regimens that they have tried over the years. By and large, they all have the same result: They don't work. Some result in a short term weight loss that turns out to be loss of lean muscle and not fat. This means that once they go off the diet the pounds they lost and a few friends make their way back onto the frame of the unlucky dieter. Some people start strenuous exercise programs that make them fitter and more able to do physical activities, but often times there is no corresponding weight loss to go with the program, which makes those doing the work more fit but still fat. Some people follow the guidelines put out by the United States Department of Agriculture and try their best to have well rounded meals that are high in grains and low in fats (they think). And, lastly, a growing number of people have discovered the quick fat-loss program called TurboCharged, by siblings Dian Griesel, PhD., and Tom Griesel. I am fortunate to be able to count myself as one of those who have discovered the uncommon sense of breaking long held dietary rules and habits to help my body begin to rid itself of unwanted fat while at the same time maintaining lean muscle mass.

I have long been skeptical of most claims made by those in the multi-billion dollar diet industry. They always seem to show how someone lost an incredible amount of weight in a short time to become happy, healthy and beautiful... but then there is always that little lawyer inspired legalese in very small print that tells you that the "results are NOT typical." Or, if you read further, you will often find that the program will tell you that people lose 2-3 pounds more over a six week period than a control group not using the program. Of course, it would be nearly impossible not to lose 2-3 pounds in six weeks simply by paying attention to your weight. In other words, most of these programs are nothing more than scams.

Now comes along TurboCharged, which urges you to break nearly all the diet rules you know, and also tells you to severely limit your aerobic activity until after you've lost your extra fat. The program also tells you that you will lose fat very fast and that all the results they give are absolutely typical. Is it heresy? Is it crazy? Or crazy like the foxy self you would like your body to become?

Straight to the point, the program has helped me lose 36 pounds in 5 weeks! And one thing is certain, this five week test drive of the TurboCharged program has convinced me that this is the way to eat for the rest of my life. I am so impressed with the program that I have started recommending it to family and friends (as well as readers). We have two copies of the book in our house now and others have been sent out as gifts.

Need more influence than just the 36 pounds? How about this: My blood pressure has dropped by more than 20 points in both the systolic and diastolic fields. A fat reduction review can help you establish a clear summarize of what you need to focus on to accomplish your fat burning target if you're a rookie; or serve as a reminder for these who are at an advanced or more enhance stage of their losing weight plan. Applying are seven steps that can serve as instructions for your special weight loss program. The first thing that one must understand is that losing weight and losing fat is not the same thing. Many weight loss applications have misled people into wondering that it is the same, but most diets and weight loss applications only work by leading to a person's body to lose more muscle cells and water than actual body fat, more help please visit The Fat Loss Factor. After years of medication to control my blood pressure, I am now effectively controlling it with my food choices. The book warned me that my blood pressure would drop due to the program, so I have been monitoring it every day and keeping in touch with my doctor to make sure that I am not taking un-needed medication. Be sure to keep your doctor in the loop also if you decide to become TurboCharged too.

NOTE -- The author of this article wishes to stress that he has NO financial or personal connection to the writers or publishers of TurboCharged. He has purchased his own copies of the book and did not receive anything to write about the book.
