Its turning cooler (and colder) in Houston and there are a few things you should know that affect your weight loss and dieting, that you probably havent realized.

Every season brings a new mood. Specifically in Autumn, things start getting chilly and it gets darker earlier. In Winter, its just so bone chilling cold. No doubt, our mood affects our dieting habits, which can be quite dangerous for everyone be it those who are trying to shave off those extra pounds, or those who are trying to just stay at their goal.

So how do we diet with the changing of seasons?

We can solve this by first recognizing the problem. If you find yourself gaining weight when the sun is away (not necessarily exclusive to winter), youve probably got the winter blues. What you can do is to plan a defensive diet and a regular exercise regime despite the harsh weather, and execute it just before winter settles in.

A Little Cold To Be Exercising?

Autumn is when the weather starts turning cold. To work yourself through Autumn, stick to warmer foods like soups. This is when the TV becomes your friend. Pop in the exercise videos you have been neglecting or purchase a new one. Maybe exchange one with a friend

Just dont give up. The cold weather is temporary!
