Cherie's Green Morning Blend Ingredients

  • 12 English cucumber, peeled if not organic and cut into chunks 1 avocado, peeled, seeded, and cut into quarters
  • 1 cup loosely packed baby spinach
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 Tbsp. green powder of choice (optional)
  • 23 Tbsp. ground almonds (optional)

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend well. Sprinkle ground almonds on top, as desired.
