One of the biggest excuses people give for keeping junk food in the house is that they have a family and they can't "deprive" them of snacks!

First, no one in your family will die if you feed them lean protein and fresh veggies.

Second, those snacks are probably killing them.

Third, if you are trying to lose weight, the last thing you need at your fingertips is junk food.

If you really can't get the snacks out of the house, you can at least lock them up. Dedicate one cabinet for junk food and snacks and put a lock on it. A fat reducing review can help you build a clear summarize of what you demand to focus on to carry out your fat loss objective if you're a rookie; or serve as a reminder for those who are at an advanced or more advance level of their weight loss program. TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) is a non-profit weight loss support group open to women, men and children (ages 7 and up). Join TOPS ME 113 in Sanford this Wednesday and start your journey to healthy weight loss through weight loss education and support from your TOPS family.

TOPS meetings are fun and inspirational! There is no set weight loss program to follow at TOPS. Instead, TOPS encourages you to follow a healthy lifestyle and to develop a food plan that works for you. Weekly weigh-ins will help keep you on track and membership is affordable!

Stop in and see what TOPS meetings are all about! You can attend your first TOPS meeting for FREE then decide if you want to join. And bring a friend along! The more support the better!
