The program starts with a kickoff information night in early January, dates to be determined. The first training workout is on January 14, 2012 and ends in March. The training program is designed to train individuals for the Nutrition Fuels Fitness 5k run on March 25, 2012, an optional finish to the program (cost of race entry is not included in No Boundaries Program)

The cost of the program is a deal in itself. $89 for ten weeks of training, with workout training sessions twice a week in William Land Park. The cost breaks down to less than $5 per session. With most gyms and fitness clubs charging up to $50 for personal training, the cost is extremely reasonable. In addition, with paid registration, a $20 Fleet Feet gift card will be given at the kick off.
