Dons favorite chocolate cake, Courtney and Marcis BBQ ribs, Jays Chinese food, Olivias monkey bread. Each team gets 3 minutes in the food room to eat as much or as little as they want. The Unknowns were surprised but welcomed Jay and Jen, as did Cara and Brett.
Meanwhile, back at the Ranch, Bob and Jillian were interrogating Officer Don. Then it became an episode of The Shield, as Don got all Chiklis on Jillians butt and swore (in more ways than one) that he wasn't emotionally stunted and wasn't holding in his true feelings.

The challenge: The green team came back to compete against the Ranchers for this challenge. All those nasty fave foods were back, and they had to compute the total number of calories for all the foods and hoist those giant numbers up a giant Erector set. The winning team gets letters from home. Much hoisting and lowering later, the Ranchers won with 8,754 total calories for all that yummy bad food.

Next week: Everyone heads back to the ranch and someone gains 6 pounds at the weigh-in. We did a little DVR sleuthing and noticed that Don wasnt in the pack of gasping contestants. Could it be him again? Did he break into the food room?
