All foods are not created equally. Some trigger inflammation and fat storeage. Others turn on our body's ability to release fat and store energy. One symptom of optimal health is when that energy storeage/fat burning mechanism is turned on and the store-extra-fat mechanism is turned off. If you want to do something very significant for your health and to make losing weight much easier, concentrate on foods that reduce inflammation. When you do that, your body's cells will function better. When all systems are working optimally, you will experience more energy and your body will release excess fat.

Here are five foods that are associated with reducing inflammation in your body, thus promoting natural weight loss:

1. Asparagus According to a study at Stanford University, two compounds in asparagus, cyanidin and chlorophyll, stimulate detoxifying liver enzymes, which enhance the organ's ability to break down stored fat. Here is more information about asparagus and weight loss.

2. Quinoa By replacing refined carbohydrates with this whole grain, it slows the release of glucose in the bloodstream. This causes the body to produce less of the fat-storing hormone insulin. In fact, according to a study, the simple carb swap is so effective that it helped subjects shed twice as much body fat!

3. Shrimp The combination of omega-3 fat and iodine in shrimp increases the body's production of two powerful metabolism-boosting hormones, thyroxine and triiodothyronine. Shrimp can support weight loss especially when selected over foods that are higher in saturated fats such as commercially prepared meats.

4. A fat burning review can help you establish a clear summarize of what you require to focus on to complete your fat reduction objective if you're a rookie; or serve as a reminder for those who are at an intermediate or more boost level of their weightloss strategy.
