As an emotional eater constantly subjected to public scrutiny, Janet Jackson struggled with her weight for years. Now, at 46, she's triumphed physically, emotionally, and spiritually, she told Prevention magazine. "I was close to having diabetes," she admits, and she also was in danger of heart disease.
