Join TOPS tonight and lose weight the fun way! Our chapter has lost over 225 pounds so far this year, and I'm happy to say I have contributed almost 25 of those pounds!

Don't try losing weight all on your own. At TOPS you will get lots of love and friendly support. There is no diet plan... you just do your own thing. There is an exchange system available if you need help with deciding on what to eat. But, there are no rules. A fat burning overview can help you produce a clear outline of what you require to focus on to complete your fat reduction objective if you're a rookie; or serve as a reminder for the ones who are at an advanced or more advance stage of their weight loss plan. Promptly after are seven steps that can serve as suggestions for your special weight loss program. The first thing that one must understand is that losing weight and losing fat is not the same. Our chapter also have a little TOPS store that I run. Members donate items from their home and other members can buy those items and donate whatever they want! All donations go to the chapter. It's like a weekly yard sale where you can buy super cheap stuff! No donation is too small. If you see a great pair of jeans in your size, you can put a buck in the bucket if you want... or even a quarter! There are new items on the table each week... lots of stuff for kids too!

TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) is a non-profit weight loss support group open to women, men and children (ages 7 and up). Join TOPS ME 113 in Sanford this Wednesday and start your journey to healthy weight loss through weight loss education and support from your TOPS family.

TOPS meetings are fun and inspirational! There is no set weight loss program to follow at TOPS. Instead, TOPS encourages you to follow a healthy lifestyle and to develop a food plan that works for you. Weekly weigh-ins will help keep you on track and membership is affordable!

Stop in and see what TOPS meetings are all about! You can attend your first TOPS meeting for FREE then decide if you want to join. And bring a friend along! The more support the better!
