Created as a complement to the GoodLife Fitness Toronto Marathon, the OptiMYz Live Health Expo will be taking place next weekend, May 4 & 5, in the Direct Energy Centre. Over 15,000 runners will pass through the centre to pick up their race kits, so what better place to hold a health expo?
If you're not a runner, don't fret: the expo is everyone. Exhibitor booths will be grouped into zones, including Health, Fitness, Nutrition, Adventure, Travel, Mind, Green, Sports, and even Kids. You can shop, check out samples, and ask the experts your questions.
