Describing herself as a "true Jersey girl," Samantha Giancola (better known as Sammi), is one of the most popular stars among the Jersey Shore's cast. At 25, she works hard to maintain her shapely figure by kicking out the carbs and kicking up her fitness. She dished on her diet and fitness tips in an exclusive interview with the Examiner.

"I try and stay away from carbs and eat healthier alternatives such as grilled chicken, salads, and wraps," said Sammi. As for fitness, "I try and get exercise in every day," said Sammi. "I usually will go for runs outside, play soccer with my friends, and go to the gym to work out other parts of my body, such as doing running on treadmill or lifting weights for my arms and legs. Every night I also do crunches before I go to sleep."
