Frozen Yogurt
Ingredients
3 cups mixed berries, preferably 1 cup blackberries, 1 cup
raspberries, and 1 cup blueberries
1 cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
1 1/2 tablespoons Truvia
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Cover and
process until smooth, turning off the machine and scraping down the
inside of the container once or twice. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour
or up to 1 day.
