Join TOPS this Wednesday and be part of the installation of new officers

TOPS ME 113 in Sanford is holding its installation of new officers ceremony this Wednesday during its normal meeting time (see meeting time below).

All officers will remain the same, except for the secretary. If you do join this Wednesday, you are also invited to join us at Golden Palace for our yearly officer celebration. We expect about 40 members to attend... it's a fun night you don't want to miss!

TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) is a non-profit weight loss support group open to women, men and children (ages 7 and up). Join TOPS ME 113 in Sanford this Wednesday and start your journey to healthy weight loss through weight loss education and support from your TOPS family.

TOPS meetings are fun and inspirational! There is no set weight loss program to follow at TOPS. Instead, TOPS encourages you to follow a healthy lifestyle and to develop a food plan that works for you. Weekly weigh-ins will help keep you on track and membership is affordable!

Stop in and see what TOPS meetings are all about! You can attend your first TOPS meeting for FREE then decide if you want to join. And bring a friend along! The more support the better!
