1/8 teaspoon oregano
1/8 teaspoon thyme
1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup of minced celery
In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil and blanch mushrooms for 1 minute. Drain and rinse with cold water; Drain again. In medium bowl, combine mushrooms and onions. Set aside.
Marinade:
In a small saucepan combine lemon juice, salad oil, garlic, stevia, and spices. Bring to a boil and stir frequently. Pour hot marinade over mushrooms and onions; Toss till well coated.
