  2. How do you float? A big belly type floats like a jellyfish, high on the water, while if your weight is distributed in your butt, you tend to float like a board.

Big belly types should go for a low-glycemic plan, with lots of protein. Skip breakfast and eat only lunch and dinner, says Dr. Liponis. And the news you'll love: eat dessert! Have a big butt? Then you'll lose more with 5 small meals and snacks a day that contain healthy carbs.
