Dr. Oz wants to help you solve your food failings with his slimming recipes designed just for your eating pattern. He teamed up with wellness expert and registered dietician Kristin Kirkpatrick to help you learn more.

Slimdown for Junk Food Junkies: Kristin suggests "automating" your breakfast with a hardboiled egg on a whole wheat english muffin with a quarter teaspoon of black pepper.
