Biggest Loser's Arthur Wornum: Regrets, he has a few

Talking with Arthur Wornum, eliminated from last week's Biggest Loser in a contentious, emotional show, it's clear he doesn't harbor any ill will toward his former contestants but there may be a few lingering regrets from his player-swapping actions earlier on.

"What I regret is not bringing my concerns to my team about Jay and Jen," he said. "That's what I regret. I should have voiced my concerns to my team.

"But when you're in a situation where you don't have any time to strategize or think about anything and you're working on emotion like I was, you do things in fear," he continued.

So, he said, he acted in fear.

"In hindsight, yeah, I wish I would have really took that concern to my team, particularly Marci because she was our leader," he said.. "But, you know, things happened so quickly that, you know, I acted on emotion."

But he said his time on the ranch was insightful and aside from losing over 100 pounds, he also gained a great deal of knowlege and great friends -- "his girls," as he referred to his teammates.

"I had really turned the corner," he said of the last couple weeks on the ranch. "My girls had really focused in on making me concentrate on my diet. So, you know, it's like all the pieces were coming together."

And now that he's back home in Oregon, he has joined his dad's walking club. Just this past weekend, dozens of walkers came out to join Arthur in a walk along the waterfront.

Exercising is his full-time job now. The stay-at-home dad is in training for the season 11 Biggest Loser finale in May and hopes to be down another 100 pounds by then, at his 250 pound goal.
