Colorado Springs seems to be a hiker's haven, with so many places to hike for many different fitness levels. A fat loss overview can help you construct a clear summarize of what you require to focus on to carry out your fat loss goal if you're a beginner; or serve as a reminder for the ones who are at an advanced or more enhance level of their weight-loss plan. Promptly after are seven steps that can serve as tips for your own weight loss plan. The first thing that one must understand is that losing weight and losing fat is not the same thing. Many weight loss applications have misled people into wondering that it is the same, but most diets and weight loss applications only work by causing a person's body to reduce more muscle cells and water than actual body fat, more help please visit The Fat Loss Factor. Cheyenne Mountain State Park is another great place to hike.

Getting there is fairly easy, but once you get there, if you are with a group of people, there is a $7 charge per vehicle. You may want to meet up someplace outside and carpool in to hike. There is a parking lot inside the park near the campsite where you can park and get to a lot of the trails. The park is not dog-friendly, so leave your four-legged friends at home for this one. There are 16 trails to choose from, totalling 20 miles, ranging from easy to moderate.

Blackmer Loop is a moderate 3.52 mile trail with moderate elevation gain. The trail starts off easy, but gets a litte harder as it continues on. The trail goes from shaded to quite sunny, so dress in layers for your hike (which is something you want to do in Colorado, anyway). The trail is also well-marked, so it's easy to stay on the trail where it intersects with other trails along the way. This trail took about two hours to complete, but you may finish sooner depending on your level of fitness. Make sure to bring a water bottle and a camera, as the views are wonderful, and you'll want to capture the pine growing out of a boulder along the route.
