This 3000 square foot facility features a group boxing area with 11 heavy bags, a strength and conditioning area with squat rack, Olympic platform and free weights, and a large group session area that features a floor to ceiling Slam Wall for a wide variety of medicine ball drills, a wall length pull up bar with TRX stations, tractor tire, kettlebells, training ropes, plyometric equipment and a 40 foot artificial turf track for sled drills.

New members begin with the Foundations Program designed to teach participants how to properly utilize the unique equipment and get acclimated to the alternative training styles. After completing the introductory program, Rugged Fitness offers a variety of member and non-member training packages for Group Coaching or Private Coaching.
