Biggest Loser season 12 week 9 had a 100-pound milestone tonight, a weeklong pentathlon and the oldest contestant found her mojo a little too late.

Week 9 kicked off with news that the contestants will be competing in a pentathlon and that the person who gets the most points from winning each leg will win immunity. The person who finishes last gets a one-pound penalty. Each event earns the winners 7 points. Its also time for singles (no teams) and the return of the yellow line at the weigh-in.

First event: They had to step into a something resembling a voting booth and rank their fellow competitors based on how much they deserve to be The Biggest Loser. The results will be revealed at the weigh-in.

Second event: A shuttle run of sorts where contestants have to take out their fellow players by putting their names on pegboards. A fat reduction overview can help you construct a clear outline of what you require to focus on to accomplish your fat loss goal if you're a rookie; or serve as a reminder for the ones who are at an advanced or more improve stage of their losing weight plan. Applying are seven steps that can serve as tips for your personal weight loss program. The first thing that one must understand is that losing weight and losing fat is not a similar thing. Many weight loss plans have tricked people into wondering that it is the same, but most diets and weight loss applications only work by producing a person's body to burn more muscle cells and water than actual body fat, more help please visit The Fat Loss Factor. Winner: Sunny.

Odd sight: I never knew you could wear a Bodybugg on your leg, but there was Bonnie at the first workout with a bugg on her left calf. Another odd sight: Dolvett thwacking John in the gut with a medicine ball.

Third event: Trivia time! Did you know that starches were the best energy source? Mozzarella was the lowest calorie cheese? Grapes were the highest sugar fruit? That you have to cut 500 calories from your daily diet to lose a pound? That 2 teaspoons of sugar and 2 teaspoons of sugar in your coffee every day will put on 10 pounds in a year? Winner: Antone

Dolvett had a heart to heart with John, letting him know about his seriously heartbreaking childhood. And once again, we repeat: Dolvett is awesome.

Fourth event: An old-school Biggest Loser challenge where the contestants have to pull themselves across a pool with ropes while balancing on a peanut-shaped floaty thing. Winner (by a lot): Sunny.

Last chance workout: Handstands! Somersaults! An Antone wheelbarrow!

Quote of the week, from Bonnie: Im not afraid. Look how far Ive come.

Then, in walks Olympic speed skating champion Apolo Anton Ohno, bearing Subway subs. He let the contestants know that he was a chubby kid (nickname Chunky) and turned that around with skating.

Fifth event: Ohno is joining the contestants for the last event a one-mile run. Bonnie, with her bum knee, is up the creek on this one. Winner: Ramon, who needed that win since he was at the bottom of the leader board. At the end, everyone else ran back to finish with Bonnie.

Results of the first event: Antone took that popularity contest, putting him at the top of the leaderboard and giving him immunity. Bonnie came in last and got saddled with a 1-pound disadvantage.

Weigh-in: Even though he has immunity, Antone wants to see something big on the scale. Hes one pound away from 100 pounds lost. Howd he and the rest do?

  • Antone: 9, crushing that 100-pound mark
  • Bonnie: 5
  • John: 9
  • Vinny: 10
  • Sunny: 9
  • Becky: 4
  • Ramon: 7

Elimination: Becky and Bonnie were below the yellow line and into the elimination room. She told the contestants that they should send her home and thats exactly what they did.

The update: She has lost a total of 86 pounds and looks great.

Next week: It's Thanksgiving Week on the ranch (and in real life!). The trainers prepare a healthy Thanksgiving dinner for the players, and everyone shares what they are most thankful for.

Next Wednesday: It's a new Biggest Loser Where Are They Now? special.
