What's more motivating than the "Biggest Loser" finale? The successful slimmed-down "Dr. Oz Show" Transformation Nation finalists! In contrast to the "Biggest Loser," these successful dieters did the hard work on their own, developing their own weight loss programs to shed the extra pounds permanently. The top 10 finalists even created their own "transformational" recipes, which they shared with Dr. Oz and the audience (see below for the ingredients!).

Ingredients

6-8 100% whole wheat tortilla shells

14-15 oz can pinto or black beans, drained and rinsed

1 package taco or fajita seasoning, you choice of flavor

1/4 cup water

1 red bell pepper

1 package store-bought guacamole

Choice of lettuce

Red onion

5 or 6 plum tomatoes

Directions

Heat beans in medium pot over medium heat, add the 1/4 cup water and package of seasoning.

Stir and let cook for 5 to 6 minutes. Remove from heat. Cut pepper, lettuce, tomatoes and onions into 1/4 to 1/2 inch slices to prepare to assemble on burrito. 1 cup fresh green beans

1 green pepper

1 cup fresh broccoli florets

1 cup fresh cauliflower florets

Directions

Slice all vegetables into bite sized pieces. Drizzle 1/4 up olive oil over them. Top with a dash of garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Grill at 350 for 20 minutes or until they start to brown.
