Yesterday, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced that it had detected varying levels of inorganic arsenic in samples of rice and rice products such as cereal and rice cakes. Should you eliminate rice from your diet? Learn what you need to know to protect your health.

"The agency has analyzed nearly 200 samples of rice and rice products and is collecting about 1,000 more. By using six cups of water for every cup of rice, Dr. Oz says you can remove 30 percent of arsenic.
