Blond, cool and calm Gwyneth Paltrow may not seem to have much in common with bouncy brunette Jennifer Lopez. But these two celebrities share the same fitness and diet trainer: Tracy Anderson, who has become a celebrity herself with her best-selling book "Tracy Anderson's 30-Day Method: The Weight-Loss Kick-Start that Makes Perfection Possible" (click to order). To help her clients stay on track with their slimming diets, Tracy has created a new gourmet diet meal service, "The Food Program by Tracy Anderson," according to her food program director.

With a local Los Angeles launch in April, the meal service will go national on June 1. Tracy told People magazine that Gwyneth "was instrumental in helping create the program." However, Tracy emphasizes that Gwyneth is "in the kitchen to make things taste insanely amazing and Im in the kitchen getting weight off of people." Ingredients for Grilled Chicken with Ratatouille and Broccoli

  • Eggplant
  • Red Bell Peppers
  • Zucchini
  • Yellow Squash
  • Onion
  • Salt and pepper
  • Garlic
  • Olive Oil
  • Ground Tomatoes
  • 1 Chicken Breast

Directions: Saute all ingredients and add to ground tomatoes, like a stew and heat on low. Enjoy with 1 chicken breast, prepared with olive oil, salt and pepper. You can grill this until fully cooked, says Tracy, who suggests pounding the chicken so it essentially looks like a bigger portion, cooks faster and thoroughly because it's so thin.
