- 6 Tbsp. walnut oil
- c. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder

Directions: Place the prepped chicken wings on a large plate and pat dry with paper towels. Diagonally slash the wings with a sharp knife. Transfer to a large zip-top bag, add all remaining ingredients, seal and gently shake the bag to combine. Massage the chicken from outside the bag to evenly distribute spices and rub them into chicken, including the slashes and crevices. Refrigerate overnight.
To cook on the grill: Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. Place the wings on the grill, close the grill lid and cook about 20 minutes total or until juices run clear when pierced with a fork, turning them over once after the first 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
