This weekends races: Great Sugar Dump 5K and Muddy Buddy San Jose

Theres no better way to usher in fall racing season than to clean up that diet and get down and dirty with a few thousand new friends. And, luckily for Bay Area athletes, weve got opportunities to do both this weekend with the Great Sugar Dump 5K and Muddy Buddy San Jose.

Join hundreds of runners along the beautiful Coyote Creek Trail in Milpitas this Sunday, September 30, for the focal point of a flat and fast Great Sugar Dump 5K. The theme of this years race is, Drink water not sugar, and participants will be given a free sports water bottle in exchange for bringing in a can or bottle of sugary soda.
