Enid Support Groups

Weight Watchers

Weight Watchers meets at the Cherokee Strip Conference Center on Tuesday at 12:30 pm or 6 pm and Thursday at 10 am and 5:30 pm. Meetings last approximately 45 minutes, including weigh-in before the meeting starts.

If you choose to Weight Watchers or go to a meeting, they ask that you arrive at the meeting approximately 30 minutes before the meeting is scheduled to start. This will give you time to fill out the paperwork before the meeting starts.

TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly)

There are two different TOPS meeting times and locations in Enid. The first meeting is at Your Family Church at 1301 N Independence Street in the Fellowship Room on Mondays from 5:30 to 6 pm. Weigh in is before the meeting.

The second TOPS meeting is at Central Christian Church at 1111 W Broadway in the Upper level, room 203. The meeting time is Wednesday from 9 to 10 am. Weigh in is before the meeting.

SparkPeople

Though it can seem counter-intuitive to look for a local support group on an international website, SparkPeople has people from all over. You can look for the SparkOklahoma SparkTeam to find someone that is local. Or you can post to the message boards to see if someone from Enid responds back. Even if you don't end up finding another Enidite, you can get some of the same support that you get from the in-person meetings.
