Why is it so hard to keep the weight off? Believe it or not, your body likes to hold on to extra weight because the body wants to survive. Yes, its all about survival! Fortunately, the majority of us arent going to have to deal with a situation like this. Whether youre dealing with emotional issues, making healthy food choices, or getting enough exercise, staying motivated is at the top of the list. Exercise is more enjoyable when you have a buddy, and you can keep each other accountable!

Eating healthy and getting enough exercise is the key to stabilizing your weight.
