Looking for a great workout that energizes and balances mind and spirit, while toning muscles? Check out the Qi Gong/Tai Chi Chuan classes held on Tuesdays from 4:15-5:15 p.m. at the Flow Together Yoga Center at 418 Bridge St. in New Cumberland.

Qi Gong/Tai Chi Chuan is an ancient Chinese system of exercise based upon a belief that energy flows through the body along "meridians", or "energy pathways". Qi or Chi means energy, and Gong means work, so together Qi Gong means the exercise of internal pathways .
