NBC just released a new promo video for the upcoming season 14 of The Biggest Loser where we get to meet one of the teen team members (theyre not official contestants). She laments the fact that her weight keeps her from some of her favorite school activities. New Biggest Loser DVDs on the way
While you wait for the Biggest Loser premiere in January, you can get a head start on your fitness and weight loss with the new Biggest Loser workout DVDs from Lionsgate, which come out in December.
- The Biggest Loser: Power Ab Blast features six targeted exercise routines that focus on strengthening your core. Trainers Bob Harper and Dolvett Quince lead the workouts, which also feature past contestants Becky Comet and Ramon Medieros (season 12) and Mike Messina (season 13).
- The Biggest Loser: 30-Day Power X-Train uses cross-training and core movements in three routines with a warm-up and cool-down segment. Bob and Dolvett lead the workouts, which feature Biggest Loser favorites Hannah Curlee and Olivia Ward (season 11 finalist and winner).
Release date for both DVDs is Tuesday, Dec. 4. Theyll retail for $14.98 apiece.
Jillian Michaels reunites with Hannah and Olivia on The Jeff Probst Show
Returning Biggest Loser trainer Jillian Michaels is on The Jeff Probst Show today, chatting about her spouse, Heidi, motherhood and how her daughter Lu handles the paparazzi (she yells Hello!), and the new season of The Biggest Loser. Shes also surprised by a guest appearance from Hannah and Olivia, who reminisce about their days on the show and how Jillian helped to whip them into winning shape.
Also on the show is actress Marissa Jaret Winokur, who talks about her recent 60-pound weight loss and how she keeps the weight off her teeny tiny body. She takes viewers to the gym with her to show one of her workouts.
And in keeping with the weight-loss theme of the show, Jeff Probst Show staffer David Garcia, who writes the blog Keep It Up David, talks about his 165-pound weight loss.
