Kim Kardashian wants to lose that baby weight, and her celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson has a detailed plan to help Kim restore her pre-baby body, reported the Huffington Post on June 30. Tracy has prepared a kick-start approach to help Kim tighten her abdominal muscles and shed that weight so she can slip back into her famous skin-tight attire. And Tracy has experience doing just that: Among her celebrity clients is Gwyneth Paltrow, who contributed to Tracy's best-selling diet and exercise book "Tracy Anderson's 30-Day Method: The Weight-Loss Kick-Start that Makes Perfection Possible" (click to order).

Tracy commends Kim on her client's positive attitude. "It's a tough time, and a lot of women feel like it's a huge mountain to climb to get back, but Kim, surprisingly, has had the totally opposite reaction to other moms," Tracy noted.
