TOPS ME 113 in Sanford has just lost a total of 300 pounds this year! We are losing weight like crazy! And when I say we, I mean we! I'm a member too!

TOPS meetings are fun and inspirational! There is no set weight loss program to follow at TOPS. Instead, TOPS encourages you to follow a healthy lifestyle and to develop a food plan that works for you. Weekly weigh-ins will help keep you on track and membership is affordable!

Stop in and see what TOPS meetings are all about! You can attend your first TOPS meeting for FREE then decide if you want to join. And bring a friend along! The more support the better!
